We have prebooked everything from London with car delivery to Chania airport then after 6 days we would drop off the car and pickup very specific scooter which was Yamaha T-max 530 which many other companies claim to have which is not true. We would ride that bike for 6 days and we needed to rent a car for only one day to take us back to the airport. So the whole experience was incredible from start to end. We got the car we wanted (not "or similar") we got the bike we wanted in superb condition with brand new tyres (not "or similar") we had a last day car rented while we dropped of the bike all perfect from start to end.
We have done around 1000km by car with not problems at all, we have done over 600km by bike - no problems at all.
Whole rental problem has been done by email with instant reply from the owner and it was pleasure to deal with them 3 times withing 2 weeks. Great service, great cars and all done in professional way. Yes they might not be the cheapest ones out there but bear in mind that you are going for holidays you don't want to waste your time waiting to be towed or arguing with company about the state of their cars etc.
