Arkadi Car and Bike Rental is a company operating in the city of Rethymno over 30 years (established 1980).
We are located at the beach road of the city, opposite the marine (Sofokli Venizelou Str 23).
We provide our customers cars and bikes in perfect condition, 24 hour service and the possibility of delivering and receiving them from Heraklion airport – port – city , Chania airport – port – city and Rethymno port – city.

Ze nemen alle tijd voor je, uitleg over de opties, een goede prijs, indien gewenst krijg je een kaart van het eiland en kijken ze samen wat leuk is om te bezoeken. Zelfs een lijstje met restaurants die de moeite waard zijn. Verder geen borg als je de auto mee neemt, duidelijk afspraken over schade en bij retourneren, kort rondje om de auto, that's it. Ze hebben vertrouwen in de klant en dat voelt prettig. Een no nonsense bedrijf. Als we nog een keer terug gaan naar Kreta, zullen we hier zeker weer onze auto huren.”

We have prebooked everything from London with car delivery to Chania airport then after 6 days we would drop off the car and pickup very specific scooter which was Yamaha T-max 530 which many other companies claim to have which is not true. We would ride that bike for 6 days and we needed to rent a car for only one day to take us back to the airport. So the whole experience was incredible from start to end. We got the car we wanted (not "or similar") we got the bike we wanted in superb condition with brand new tyres (not "or similar") we had a last day car rented while we dropped of the bike all perfect from start to end. We have done around 1000km by car with not problems at all, we have done over 600km by bike - no problems at all. Whole rental problem has been done by email with instant reply from the owner and it was pleasure to deal with them 3 times withing 2 weeks. Great service, great cars and all done in professional way. Yes they might not be the cheapest ones out there but bear in mind that you are going for holidays you don't want to waste your time waiting to be towed or arguing with company about the state of their cars etc. Absolutely Amazing - Keep up good work and you will see my face next year for sure :) Thanks for making my 40th bday trip better than I would expect.”
